All-In Cincinnati: New report details impact that is costly of, provides tips for modification

CINCINNATI — the nagging issue is our racial divide. Enough time to treat it has become.

That’s the message of All-In Cincinnati, a coalition behind a fresh report called “All-In Cincinnati: Equity Is the road to Inclusive Prosperity.” The report details Greater Cincinnati’s racial and financial disparities, the way they hurt the location and just what has to alter to result in equity.

Among the list of findings:

The jobless price for black colored employees in Hamilton County is virtually three times the jobless price for white employees. Also among residents with a degree that is bachelor’s greater, black colored employees are far more than doubly likely as white workers to be unemployed.

Among the list of county’s workers that are college-educated black colored employees make on average $23 each hour, which will be $6 per hour not as much as just what white employees make an average of.
